Aligned 360 brings trusted practitioners, considered therapies and restorative experiences together around the person. Social is where Melbourne first meets that idea, so every post makes it a little clearer and a little more inviting.
Led by weekend resetters, with recovery-focused, healthy-ageing and group audiences alongside. Partners and corporate buyers meet the brand on LinkedIn.
Month one is awareness only while booking is finalised. When bookings open, they open to people who already know and trust Aligned 360.
Weekly: follows, saves, shares, profile visits, DMs and email signups once the form is live. Targets are set at the end of month one, from a real baseline.
Who we are and what's coming.
What happens in each therapy.
The space, the regions, the people.
First guests and the founder's voice.
Age ranges are a working assumption. We refine them from Insights after week 2.
| Audience | Who they are | What they want from us | Main platform |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weekend resetters | Melbourne professionals, roughly 28 to 50, full working weeks | A Saturday or Sunday that restores them, done by midday | Instagram, Facebook |
| Recovery and active lifestyle | Gym-goers, runners, people in training | Recovery support, explained clearly and credibly | |
| Healthy-ageing curious | Professionals interested in NAD+ and longevity | Plain explanations and a trusted, assessed process | Instagram, Facebook |
| Groups and occasions | Friends, couples, wellness celebrations | A shared experience worth planning around | |
| Partners and corporate | People leaders and retreat operators in four Victorian regions | A credible founder and a partnership opportunity |
Each pillar proves something different. Together they explain Aligned 360 without every post selling it.
A weekend that gives something back.
Every therapy, explained plainly.
Real people, a real space.
Small rituals worth saving.
Every feed post belongs to a series with a set layout. People learn the format and look out for the next one.

We make four pieces a week and adapt them, rather than creating separately for each platform.
| Platform | Role | Feed | Stories and Reels |
|---|---|---|---|
| Discovery and brand feel | Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday | Stories 3 to 5 days a week · 2 Reels a week | |
| Local community and word of mouth | 3 a week, same assets, warmer caption | Cross-post through Meta Business Suite | |
| Founder story, partners, corporate | 2 a week from Harry's profile | Company page reshares |
Write like Harry is hosting you, not selling to you. Every caption follows the same three beats.
Open with a moment people recognise, such as the end of a full week.
Describe what happens plainly, often as three to five short steps.
Close softly: follow along, save this, send us a question.
The feed should feel like walking into the space: light, unhurried and considered.
A tile leads with a photo or with words. When both appear, the words stay short.
The profile carries the brand. Posts carry the feeling.
Gold appears once per tile, as an eyebrow or a short rule.
Natural light, texture and calm. The real space and team replace stand-ins as soon as they're filmed.
The palette from the Aligned 360 brand kit, with three soft tints for type tiles.
The website uses a terracotta orange (#D96B2F) for navigation and links. Agreeing on one accent with the team would carry the same look from the site to social and email.

Each layout has a set job. Rotate them through the grid so neighbouring posts vary.
All 16 posts as they will appear on the Instagram profile by 15 November, newest first, with the three introduction posts pinned.
About the imagery: photos marked "From website" come from aligned360wellness.com.au. Photos marked "Stand-in" hold the place of footage the team will shoot and are swapped before posting. Striped tiles still need a photo.
Copy a caption with its button and paste it into Meta Business Suite or LinkedIn. Words in [square brackets] are filled before posting, and posts with a review flag go to the IV practitioner first.
